2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used toys (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with exchanges.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

7. Late Returns
